Carsten Borring, Associate Vice President and Head of Listings & Capital Markets, NASDAQ Copenhagen

Carsten has gained a broad knowledge of financial transactions in Corporate Finance departments at Gudme Raaschou and Alfred Berg before joining the Copenhagen Stock Exchange – which today is part of Nasdaq.

Carsten is a member of the government’s Entrepreneur Panel, tha Danish national jury of the Year, and the jury of FSR’s CSR/ESG award.

Carsten has an educational background as cand. merc. in Finance & Accounting from CBS, and Essentials of Management Certification Program from Wharton, University of Pennsylvania.

Esben Høstager, Adviser to boards of directors and corporate executives, HØSTAGER │ SOLO

Throughout his professional life, Esben Høstager has advised corporate executives and boards of directors on strategic communication. First as Communication Manager of Statsanstalten for Livsforsikring (today Danica), then as Group Communications Director of Baltica Holding A/S (currently TRYG and Danske Bank), and from 1994 to 2015 as an advisor/senior partner/board chairman of communications company Jøp, Ove & Myrthu.

In addition, for many years he has been a member of the FSR -danske revisorer’s jury for the best CSR reporting for the year, and since 2009 he has taught at the Bestyrelsesakademiet of the University of Copenhagen and the law firm Plesner. From 1989 to 2014 he was a censor of business studies at Roskilde University and Copenhagen Business School.

Else Nyvang, Chief Client Officer, Lønmodtagernes Dyrtidsfond (LD)

Else Nyvang is Chief Client Officer in Lønmodtagernes Dyrtidsfond (LD), where she is in charge of the member area and cross-organisational tasks, e.g. in relation to general policies for good governance. Until 2010, she was Senior Vice President in LD and LD Invest, where she among others was responsible for establishing a new mutual investment association.

Else Nyvang is a member of the board of Kapitalforeningen LD (the Capital Association LD subsidiary), Larix A/S (a Clinical research Organisation) and the property company Kildebjerg-Ry A/S.

Else Nyvang is a graduate engineer (Master of Science in Engineering) and holds a Ph.D. from the Technical University of Denmark.

Michael Zöllner, Fund Managing Director, The Danish Green Investment Fund

Michael Zöllner has been the head of The Danish Green Investment Fund since the establishment in 2015. The purpose of the fund is to co-finance economically viable projects taht facilitate and support the sustainable development in society within the areas: Environmental savings, renewable energy sources, and resource efficiency.

Michael has a strong financial experience after 20+ years in the Danishbank sector. His career started in 1991 at Nykredit, where he had different positions, before joining FIH Erhvervsbank in 2001 as Regional Manager and Executive Director for more than 10 years. In 2013, he became Director at NCC Property Development. Two years later, he joined his current positions.

Michael holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business Schol with executive programs at Harvard Business School and MIT.
